An incredible workout for women over 40 that will not only transform your body, but, also your face.

Live streamed and on-demand 35-45 minute circuit and HIIT training for your body to help tighten and tone the arms, legs, abs and glutes to then end the class with a 15-20 minute workout for your face targeting all 57 muscles of the face and neck.

40 minutes of upper body circuit training/abs, then the last 20 minutes of Fit Face

40 minutes of a circuit plus cardio for legs/abs, then the last 20 minutes of Fit Face

Full Body Workout/

40 minutes of a full body circuit/HITT, then the last 20 minutes of Fit Face

Mat Pilates

30 minutes of in depth explanation and demonstration of Fit Face, then the last 30 minutes of Core, glutes and legs on the mat.
